Address your customers by name
Names can be difficult to remember, but they are extremely important. Whether you are talking to customers over the phone, through email, or in person, make sure you use their names. Everyone responds very well to their name, and by remembering it, you will show them you care. You can ask customers if you want them to use their first or last names if you aren’t sure.
Keep your facility clean
If customers have to go to the bathroom and come out feeling gross, or they notice tons of handprints on your glass doors as they exit, chances aren’t very good you’ll see them again. Be keeping your facilities clean, you make customers trust you and enjoy their time in your business.
